The Home page is exactly what you would expect a home page to be. A quick portal into your studios News, your upcoming Classes, any Actions you need to complete and quick links to the most common actions.

Short Cut Bar

A Microsoft Outlook like task bar is now located on the left side of GenusSales in most screens. This allows you to do the most common tasks very quickly with a single click.

Context Help Available at all times

GenusSales Studio Operations includes interactive context sensitive help. So when you're in a screen and might not know what to do, simply click the help icon. There are also video tutorials on all aspects on GenusSales.

The Genus interface also includes many tooltips. Simply mouse over a button or icon and Genus will tell you exactly what that button is for.

Student Listing

The student list is a quick view into all your active students. As you move your mouse over the students name in the listing a dialog box appears and gives you summary information about that student. As you move through the listing the information changes relative to the student. This method allows you to quickly view the students profile without have to click on the students name to review the more detailed view. You can also search for a student by input

1. Add a new Student
2. Collect Payment
3. Take Attendance
4. Find a Student

Student Detail

The Student Detail view will give you all the information you need to know about that student. Not just name and address, but details such as:

1. Revenue Generated
2. Most recent classes
3. Payments Due (or past due)
4. Open Activities or Notes
5. Payment History

All this information is held in the unique Student360 view.

Student360 View

Also available in GenusSales is the ability to print barcoded student id cards. These cards can then be used by your students for a quick check in for a class.
The system will validate the student, their credits and if they have no credits then you'll easily be able to SELL them more credits. If they have credits they'll be quickly added to the attendance list.

All screens in GenusSales look and work the same. We've ensured that our application is consistant and that makes it easy to learn and use.
