Using the Studio Calendars in Genus Sales
There are three calendars in Genus. They are: the 30-day list view, the 7-day calendar view and the my current day view.
The studio calendars give you a quick view of sessions that your studio has running. You can view this information two ways, either in a list view or in a calendar view.
The 30-day list view gives you a fast way to view what sessions are booked, which room, what day and time, who is teaching them as well as how many students have already enrolled.

The weekly (or 7-day view) gives you similar information but also gives you an easy method of creating new classes.
Both views give you a quick and simple way to get to the session detail view to edit session details (such as teacher or room), or to quickly mark attendance. Simply click on the standard icons for edit to mark attendance and you will be taken to the proper view to take action.

The 7-day calendar view has a few extra benefits. Firstly it displays the information is a simply to view manner, allowing you to quickly see which times are still free (by studio). All spots that have a class are clearly coloured and have information regarding the class. Spots that are free simply have an edit icon. If you click that icon you can quickly setup a class to occur in that studio, on that day and in the selected time.
The last calendar is the MY DAILY CALENDAR, which you can access on your home page.
The Homepage contains a lot of valuable information, such as your current class session load or any birthday's that are happening that day. There are other features, but there is one feature that you might find very useful and that is the My Daily Calendar. You can access this calendar from the home page, clicking the icon in the upper right hand corner.

Clicking the icon to open your daily calendar gives you a view that shows your day for all classrooms in your studio. In this view you can see which class you are sheduled to teach and in what studio. If you have one classroom you'll see that classroom. If you have four then you will see all four.

Unlike the 7-day calendar, this calendar shows only the classes where you are the teacher.
Like the 7-day calendar if you click the edit icon or mark attendance icon in the area marked for the class you are take to the proper view. Also, in times where no class is booked you can click the edit icon and be taken to the create session for to quickly book a class.
